What personal data we collect

When you send an enquiry through one of our forms we collect the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, details about your property and project (for example property type, project stage, number of rooms or cameras, preferred visit date) and the message you write. If you email or call us we keep the details you give us in that conversation.

Like most websites, our web server records technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We use this to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics services.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare proposals and quotations, and deliver and support our services;
• To keep records of our business dealings and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• To keep this website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed to run the business and serve you: with service providers that help us operate (for example website hosting, email and messaging providers), and with suppliers, contractors or internet service providers when your project requires it, and with your appointed designers or architects if you ask us to coordinate with them. These parties may use the data only for those purposes. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

This website is hosted on a server located in Singapore. If we use a provider that stores or processes data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and business requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it (which may affect our ability to continue to serve you). To make a request, or if you have a question or complaint about how we handle personal data, contact our data protection contact at design@fireshot.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
